WhatsApp messaging

Booking confirmations, reminders and waiver requests are included at no extra cost on Forge and Blaze once WhatsApp launches. These are transactional notifications only — ForgeFox is a booking and notification tool, not a marketing-broadcast platform.

Additional locations

Each plan includes one business location. Extra locations under the same brand cost £5/month each up to 5 total. A second shop under a different brand is £25/month and requires Blaze. Added pro-rata mid-billing period. Removed at end of current billing period — no partial refunds.

Unlimited bookings

Every plan includes unlimited confirmed bookings — no monthly cap on Ember, Forge or Blaze. Tier difference is about the tools you unlock, not how busy you’re allowed to be.

Payments and commission

ForgeFox charges a flat monthly subscription only. We never take commission. Operators connect their own Stripe or Square — money goes directly to you. Standard payment processing fees apply (typically 1.5–2.5%) — charged by your payment provider, not ForgeFox.

14-day money-back guarantee

All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Your first month is billed up-front at signup — if it’s not for you, cancel within 14 days and we refund in full. No questions, no forms. Founding members receive their first month free; the guarantee applies to your first paid month.

Cancellation and data

Cancel any time. Takes effect end of current billing period. Your customer data is exportable as CSV any time. On cancellation we send you an automatic full data export. Data deleted within 90 days of closure.

Salon Hub

Requires Blaze. Each practitioner sub-account £9/month. Practitioner client data is isolated — salon owner sees room occupancy and rental invoices only. Each practitioner is data controller for their own clients under UK GDPR.

Optional extras

Some tools are add-ons rather than tier features, so you only pay for what you actually use: the AI caption generator, the video library (sell your workout or tutorial videos — free to your members, priced for everyone else), and the club store (sell your branded kit — customers pay online and collect at your venue, one-time unlock, no delivery to manage). Zero commission on anything you sell, always.

Your price won't rise

Your plan price stays the same for as long as you're subscribed — it never goes up, whatever the list price does. Tier features added later are included at no extra charge. Optional extras are priced separately.

Can I move across from Fresha or Setmore?
Yes — we guide you through bringing your existing services and pricing across from Fresha, Setmore or wherever you are now. You confirm every detail before anything goes live. We never invent figures or go live without your say-so.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Monthly subscription, cancel anytime from your account, no exit fees. Your customer data is yours — export it at any point.
How do payments work?
Clients pay through Stripe (or Square) on your own account. The money goes directly to you. ForgeFox never sits between you and your earnings — we only charge the monthly subscription.
What about my existing reviews?
Honest answer: reviews on Google, Fresha and Facebook belong to those platforms. We show them as clearly attributed testimonials on your page and start collecting native ForgeFox reviews from day one — so you get a head start, not a fresh start.
Do I need a website already?
No. Your ForgeFox page can be your website — clean, fast and bookable. If you do have a domain, we'll point it at your page for you on the Forge or Blaze tier.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with strict isolation between operators. You can export everything — customers, bookings, waivers — to Excel at any time. We will never resell it or use it to market to your customers.
