These terms govern your use of ForgeFox, operated by ForgeFox Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17271363). Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By subscribing you agree to these terms.
ForgeFox provides a booking and business management platform for independent wellness operators on a subscription basis. We provide the platform — you are responsible for your business, your clients and your compliance with applicable laws.
Additional locations are billed monthly at £5 per location per month, added to your existing subscription. Locations can be added or removed at any time. Additions are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period. Removals take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial month refunds on removed locations.
New subscribers receive a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first paid month. Your chosen plan is billed up-front at signup. If you cancel within 14 days of your first charge, we refund the first month in full — no questions asked. Cancellations after day 14 take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not refundable. The guarantee covers the subscription fee only; third-party processing fees (e.g. Stripe or Square charges on bookings you took) are not refundable through ForgeFox. Founding-member promotional periods (e.g. first month free) reset the guarantee window so that it applies to your first paid month.
You own your customer data. ForgeFox processes it on your behalf as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Where your activity collects special category data (such as health or medical information in waivers), you remain the data controller and are responsible for the lawful basis and any explicit consent required under Article 9 UK GDPR. You can export all your data at any time. On cancellation we provide an automatic data export and delete your data within 90 days.
In Salon Hub arrangements, each practitioner sub-account holder is the data controller for their own client data under UK GDPR. The salon master account holder (data controller for room and rental data) does not have access to practitioner client records, booking details or financial data. ForgeFox acts as data processor for all parties. Practitioners are responsible for their own privacy notices to their clients and their own GDPR compliance.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs or service interruptions. In the event of planned maintenance we will provide advance notice where possible.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost bookings, or any indirect or consequential losses.
If we discontinue ForgeFox we will provide a minimum of 90 days notice, keep the platform running during that period, provide a full data export to every operator, and refund any prepaid subscription fees pro-rata.
We may update these terms. We will notify active subscribers by email with 30 days notice of material changes. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
